Steph Byrom is a decarbonisation leader working at the intersection of mining, energy systems and policy in Queensland. As General Manager – Decarbonisation at Loop Decarbonisation Solutions, she focuses on delivering practical, least cost pathways to reduce emissions across coal operations while maintaining productivity and compliance. Steph works in solving increasingly complex regulatory and environmental requirements, applying a systems level risk management approach to balance operational, economic and policy pressures.
