Using virtual reality and AI, PowerSkillsAI develops capabilities in systems thinking, difficult conversations, and creative problem-solving to address key industry challenges. Its simulations, created by teams in Chile and Peru, also promote safer, more respectful workplaces by building empathy and confidence. With over 29 years experience in mining, Lina is a board member of AusCham (Australian Chile Chamber of Commerce) and has extensive experience working in Chile, connecting Australian and Chilean mining sectors.
