Jen is an experienced educator and policy leader with a background in science education and a deep commitment to building a skilled, diverse, and future-ready workforce for Queensland’s resources sector. As Acting Director QMEA & DEI at the Queensland Resources Council (QRC), Jen oversees the Queensland Minerals and Energy Academy (QMEA) as well as leading QRC’s diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) policy and advocacy work, championing initiatives that improving attraction and retention outcomes for people from underrepresented groups.
