Eliza-Jane Young is a Social Performance leader with more than 15 years’ experience across mining operations, technical leadership and enterprise governance. Her career spans site-based processing leadership, executive advisory roles supporting a global Chief Technical Officer, and social performance across Queensland mining operations. She works at the intersection of operational performance, Indigenous partnerships, workforce capability and community outcomes, helping organisations translate strategy into meaningful impact. Eliza brings a practical, systems-thinking approach to building trusted relationships and creating shared value between industry, Traditional Owners and regional communities. She also serves as a Director of AWIMAR.
