Bec is a People and Culture Programs Specialist with eight years’ experience in the resources sector, shaping employee experience, engagement, and workplace culture. Currently completing a psychology degree, she applies an evidence‑based lens to organisational practice. Bec leads strategic initiatives that strengthen psychological safety, respectful behaviours, and inclusion, including the 24/7 Respect Program, recognised by QRC and WiMARC. She also facilitates with Be There Group, helping organisations build cultures grounded in trust, accountability, and human connection, with a strong focus on prevention and early support.
