General Manager, Mynesight Pty Ltd

Larnie is the mother of three teenage daughters with her eldest being high dependant special needs.
She is an innovative, driven, resilient and results-focused general manager with 25 years of experience in mining industry roles.
Among her roles, she is ; Chair of the Queensland Mining Industry Health & Safety Conference; an advocate for neurodiversity and inclusion as well as a Director on the Board of her local community sporting club.
Larnie was awarded the Minerals Council of Australia 2020 Women in Resources National Technological and Innovation Award for creation and implementation of the first electronic tablet approved for use in Australian underground coal mines. This was designed to significantly improve safety, communication, and efficiency.
Larnie has worked locally, nationally, and internationally implementing operational business improvement projects, while transferring her skills to another facet of the resources industry. She is now the General Manager of MyneSight, the regulated training division of the Mastermyne Group.
