Lean Digital Mining Transformation - Accelerating the Journey

We have all heard of “Lean” and most likely relate its application to old fashion manufacturing, in particular to the automotive industry. In an age of digital transformation and data driven decision making how could lean be of any relevance, and what, if anything, does lean thinking have to offer the new “digitally agile” world?

Lean Digital Mining brings lean principles to the acceleration of digital transformation in the resource industry. With complexity and information continuing to increase at an exponential rate, collaboration between lean thinking and the digital world is paramount if we are to bridge the gap between where expertise is available and where the problem lies. The challenge of transition from a command and control to an innovative leadership approach has never been more relevant.

Truly lean companies understand this and know that it is not just about improving processes but having a holistic approach to management based around the development of all employees as problem solvers.

This exciting webinar will showcase what is possible when we meld world class lean capability with powerful and collaborative digital value stream mapping tools and will uncover the secret sauce to success in digital lean mining transformations.

The webinar will be presented by world class experts in their respective fields, who know from experience what actually works. !
